台南第二老品牌的天下飯店，重新整修更名為”天下南隅”，有著府城最老的圓頂西餐廳，而南隅烘焙坊即是在飯店換裝出發的同時，為餐廳烘焙坊建立了品牌。

LOGO採以文字書寫成小麥外型，法式浪漫情懷表述產品的風味。
這就是台南人的個性，每周只開三天的麵包坊。
